Sample an exciting selection of Negroni cocktails made for you by the talented Brumus bartenders. These special Negroni concoctions form variations of the iconic Negroni cocktail and are made from three simple ingredients: Campari, gin and Vermouth.
Choose from five unique Negronis, including The Amarone, created with Amarone Della Valpolicella wine in place of Vermouth or Caffe, with a rich coffee flavour from the infused Carpano Antica. Or enjoy a colourful varition of the cocktail with Barbabietola, served with a splash of vibrant beetroot juice.
