Join the Heliot Steak House at the UK’s first School of Meatology. A series of classes set up to spread the word amongst meat-lovers on how to cook the perfect steak. You’ll learn how to prepare beef and how to use all the various cuts for the best home cooked meal you can make.
Classes are lead by Ioannis Grammenos, the world’s first Meatologist. Yes, that’s right. It’s just like mixologist, but for meat!
