The Olivier Awards are back with a bang!
Recognising excellence on the theatre scene the Olivier Awards are an annual awards show presented by the Society of London Theatre. This year’s ceremony will take place on Sunday 7th April at the Royal Albert Hall, hosted by Jason Manford.
The awards commemorate the late and great actor and director, Laurence Olivier, who dominated the British stage in the mid-twentieth century.
From the gender switched Sondheim classic, Company at the Geilgud Theatre, to the and 9/11 heartwarmer, Come From Away at the Phoenix Theatre, both up for a whooping nine awards – it promises to be a show-stopping celebration.
